Do I have to be familiar with astrology to book a reading?

No! It’s not necessary for you to have any prior astrological knowledge in order to benefit from an astrology reading. My job, is to translate the symbolism in your chart into a language that is easily understood and accessible to you, without you having to know astrology too.

I don’t know my birth time, is this important?

Yes. It is very important that I have an accurate birth time for your chart. Without a birth time, the information I’m able to utilize from your chart will be very limited and would exclude important parts of the chart like the Ascendant or the Midheaven.

Where can I find my birth time?

The best place to locate your birth time is from your birth certificate. If you don’t have a copy of your birth certificate you can request one from your local records office. If you were born in a hospital, you might ask to see if they have a copy on file in their records as well.

What can I expect from my session?

I try to tailor sessions to focus on what you need, so that you get what you want out of our time. For this reason, I like sessions to be like an open, casual conversation. I try to avoid the session becoming a monologue of me sharing information, which can be less helpful for you. I will ask you questions along the way to help open up topics and to get to the root of what you want to gain from our time.

Can I choose what the session will focus on?

Yes! I encourage my clients to choose one or two areas of focus for their session. This could be career, relationships, home, family, life path etc. Having a topic of focus for the session will help us get right to the heart of what will be the most beneficial for you.

Is my session recorded?

This is entirely up to you! If you’d like to keep a copy of your session to be able to refer back to at a later date, I can record the session on Zoom for you. Recordings are sent via email in the form of a Zoom link. You will need to download the file and save it to your computer if you’d like to keep the recording forever. Session links will stay active for 7 days.

What if we meet in person?

If your astrology session is in person and not on Zoom, the session will not be recorded.
