Payment Policy

Payment is due in full at the time of scheduling your session.

Payment must be received at minimum two business days prior to your scheduled session time.

If payment is not received by the designated time, the session may be cancelled by the astrologer and re-scheduling may be necessary.

Payment confirms your session and once payment is received, The Astrologer (Kai de Lune) will at that point begin preparations for your session.

Cancellation Policy

A client may cancel a scheduled session up to 24 hours in advance of the scheduled day/time and a full refund will be issued.

If a client cancels a scheduled session with less than 24 hours notice, The Astrologer will retain a $25 session preparation fee for Natal Chart Readings and/or a $50 session preparation fee for any other type of Client Reading. The remaining payment will be refunded to the client.

Refund Policy

Please see the Cancellation Policy for refunds related to session cancellations.

Refunds will not be issued for services already granted.

Privacy Policy

The Astrologer regards personal privacy of the utmost importance. Your personal information, nor any identifying information shared or discussed verbally or in writing will ever be shared or disclosed to anyone else without your written consent.
